Minimising Costs
Rae & Partners endeavours to discuss our method of charges in all transactions. We welcome the opportunity to quote in many matters, even routine transactions.
We will confirm in more complex commercial and litigation transactions the basis of our charges and will provide you with a comprehensive document setting out all charges we can forsee and an estimate of fees and expenses.
You can request a quote or itemised Bill at any time with respect to your file .
Understandably, clients want quality legal service delivered at the lowest achievable cost level.
There are some ways you can help us in achieving this:
- Keep unnecessary contact to a minimum. Prepare, where possible, some notes of the history of your matter or your questions. If possible write rather than call with a query. Keep us informed of developments
- If ever in doubt about any advice given or your matter generally, please ask. We will try to clarify the situation.
