Conveyancing offer
Intending First Home Owners, who are able to apply for a grant of $7,000.00 to assist in the purchase of a new Home, can take advantage of a package which will treat First Home Buyers as Preferred Clients.
Please review the eligibility criteria applicable to the FHOG scheme. Information we have extracted from the Application form can be accessed here.
WHAT THE OFFER ENTITLES YOU TO:
1. Legal Advice
Rae & Partners have agreed (along with a number of other participating Law Firms) to advise eligible first home buyers with respect to any auction conditions, the terms of the proposed Contract and/or the title to a proposed property purchase including advice as to any easements or restrictive covenants.
