Nick is “living the dream” (in his words) handling areas of dispute resolution, civil litigation, debt recovery, estate litigation, contract disputes and building disputes. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in YEAR, is secretary of the board of management at the Launceston Community Legal Centre and was previously associate to the deputy president of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. But before Nick became a lawyer, he was a chef, and he admits that he would run a marathon for the sake of a beautifully cooked roast lamb. Slow braised, and served with a red wine jus. Bliss.
